      We had a Back Flow test done in July 2023. We received notice from the water authority that they have not received paperwork that is required to be sent in by August 31st. Now being threatened that our water will be shut off. We have never had a problem with this person in the 7 plus years we’ve lived here until now. I did text her and a response was sent asked for paperwork to be sent to me and have not received.

      I had Diana R****** out to do backflow testing on September 29 and mailed her the check for her services along with the Customer Confirmation Number that she would need to confirm that the testing was done to ************ ******* ***** *******. I just received a second notice from **** saying that there is no record of the backflow testing having been done. I am sending along her bill and my payment stub. The only resolution I want is for the report to be filed with ****, or if she is indeed not certified to perform the test, then to refund my payment of $100.

      I hired ***** R****** to do a Back flow test she came out and tested unit. I gave her a 95 dollar check from me she cashed it that day and now 2 months later the water company has shut my water off. She never sent in her findings . (Scam) Her message box if full so I text her twice in 2 days no response to rectify the problem leaving me with out water. Apparently Im not the first to report this. I have new goal now to go thru the water company to revoke her license so she cant keep doing this to people. Leaving people without water is criminal!

      I own ***** **** ****** located at **** ********* ********* ** **** ******* and every year I have my backflow tested. I received a post card from Diana R****** indicating that my backflow was due to be retested. She came out on August 4, 2022 and performed the test. However on August 14 I received a letter from ************ ******** ***** stating that my backflow needs to be retested. I called Diana to check on the results but no answer and will not return my phone calls. I paid her by check in the amount of $95.00 She never asked me for my PA sales tax number. Please check to see if she has a PA sales tax license. I would like to have my money refunded and to stop her from doing business in the state. My business phone is ********** and home phone is **********. I have attached a copy of the post card which lists a PO box number but also her home address and a copy of the receipt in the amount of $95. If I can supply you with any additional information please call me or email me. Thank you.

      This is ******* *****, I submitted a complaint a few months ago regarding Restano Backflow.  I don't remember the number assigned to it.
      However I want to let you know that she did refund me the full amount.
