    I had a terrible experience with ***** at Titos Appliance. She sold me a stove that was already broken, and when I tried to get it repaired under the 4-month warranty, she refused to honor it. Ive been trying to reach her for weeks, but shes been unresponsive and unhelpful. Its frustrating and disappointing to be stuck with a defective product, especially when I was promised it would be covered. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store, and certainly not dealing with *****.

    I purchased ******* door refrigerator in January 2024 first it took them about a month to deliver it no problem. It had a four month warranty on it within the first month. The refrigerator part of it did not work right so I went to them. They sent a tech out said they fixed it two months later same problem and this kept going on. They kept sending a tech out every couple of months, but the problem was never resolved so finally they said they were going to give me a different refrigerator. And they were sorry they said they didnt realize their technician was drinking on the job and lying to them so they had me come down pick one out and were supposed to deliver it that Friday that was two months ago. I am literally Just going to give up I need a friend that works. I cant keep playing this. I go down they come up. I go down they come up and then they say theyre gonna do something. They dont do it. I I try to give local businesses my business, but if this is whats gonna happen when I do then its big chainstores for me moving forward

    I bought a refrigerator from this company in May for ******. I had problems right from the begining. They brought a bigger refrigerator than I asked for and it didn't fit. They had to take it back and wait for the right size and it cost me more. Then in July I had an issue with the temp in the freezer going up and down. They set up numerous times to come and check but didn't show up each time. Finally came and took ice off the back panel and said it should be good. It was good for a couple of days. Called back and was told again someone would come. I called and complained several times about no one showing or even calling to apologize. The guy finally came(late) on Labor day weekend. He said he would order the part and call me after the Holiday. I called 3 times to see if part was in. Told to call him back . I called, not in yet. Called no call back. Called and set up a day for him to come, he didn't show up. Called and complained and said I was tired of him not showing and I am sitting and waiting. They said they would come on another day. I told them if they didn't show this time I was contacting the better business Bureau and they said they would be there. Never showed or called.

    I have heard from them. They set up an appointment to come and never showed up. Set up another appointment for Saturday the 23rd.

    We bought a fridge from Tito Appliance for our tenant and they promised that they would deliver a fridge in good condition to our tenant. After they delivered the fridge, our tenant notified us that the interior part of the fridge was broken and also they damaged the hallway of the building with a large crack when they delivered the fridge. After around a week they replaced the fridge with another one which is not cooling as well. We told them that we want our money back and want to return the fridge. However, they promised to deliver another working fridge and sent us a photo. However, when they delivered the fridge in another week, the fridge looked different from the one in the photo they sent and wasn't working as well, we realized that it was just a bait and switch strategy. They couldn't fix or replace the fridge so we had to buy a new fridge for the tenant. The appliance store wouldn't take responsibility for the damage on the wall and for the fridge and after a lot of back and forth, they took the fridge back but didn't refund us the full amount and the damage of our wall wasn't being fixed. We find that the vendor is dishonest and trying to take advantage of residents in the neighborhood.

    spacerTito appliances llc is a family bussines who work very hard we are very responsable. You come to the store and pick up the fridge for $280 .You pick up the fridge you see before  you pay and we deliver the fridge you see the condition of the fridge you dont want to pay to much money for a fridge for your tenant.But you tenat dont want used appliance .L change the fridge more them 3 time the last fridge that l change the value was $480 and l give you that fridge for$280 to make you happy but your tanent dont want used appliances .You used the fridge that l sold you for more then 3 month and l have the received after you put my deliver mens to change the fridge more them 3 time in a 3rd floor you decide to return the fridge and you want the money back how l did becuse l dont want to have bussines with people like you who took advantage of little business like my go to homedepot or lower to see if you can do the samething that you did to us thanks so much go to ******** market and see all the good review that we have
