    This company put a furnace in my home with central air 7 years ago. For the last few years, we have had a ton of problems. We would call and they would fix the problem and it would last a short period of time. This last time, they told me they didnt even want to look at the issue. I had someone come to give me a second opinion. And then a third. The two following companies told us that D&G did a hack job and have been continuing to try to cover up their mistakes and its now going to cost us thousands of dollars. When I approached them about this, I was told my call would be returned after speaking with a business partner and that never happened. I sent them picture proof and still no response.

    We build new construction homes are warranty is 1 year labor . Most jobs are average 2 hrs away. After the year warranty is up we try to explain it would be easier and cheaper to call a local company.They are giving a warranty 5/10 years with ****** . But you have to do upkeep and yearly maintenance which most people do not do and just want to yell at us they equipment is sometimes abused during construction , filters not changed and the house are very dusty the first year and out door coils so maintenance is needed. The industry has gone down hill since Covid .
