    I have attempted to cancel membership and services from Racer X Aquatics and gave the requested 2 weeks' notice as noted on the website when I registered with the organization in July 2024. They are now telling me that the membership policy changed, without explicitly notifying me of the change, especially since I registered under the ********* registration guidelines. They keep charging my credit card on the 1st of each month, even though I have withdrawn from the organization. When I registered in July of 2024, the website clearly stated that anyone wishing to pause or withdraw their membership, must give 2 weeks' notice. This information was a deciding factor in my decision to register. In September, I was asked to sign a waiver saying no refunds will be given if the membership is canceled before the end of the season and I am responsible for outstanding fees. This waiver was very deceptive and misleading because it said nothing about continuing to charge me even after withdrawing. I gave the 2 weeks' notice and did not ask for any refunds for anything I already paid. I have emailed and explained all of this to the owner of Racer X, with no response. I registered in July with the ********* registration rules and I cannot be held responsible for deceptive changes in the registration policy, resulting in unethical business practices.

    Additional info regarding my complaint against Racer X Aquatics.  All charges from November and beyond need to be dropped since I cancelled my membership in accordance with my ********* membership.

    I registered in July 2024 with a ********* registration (attached).  The cancellation policy for ********* states that "written notice must be received by the 15th of the month before becoming inactive. Send an email to Coach ***."  (attached)  Please also see said email to Coach *** on October 5th (well before the 15th of the month).
