    I would greatly appreciate if Forsythes Heating and Air Conditioning would immediately refund an overpayment of $350 made payable to either *********************, ***********************, or **** and ************************Check **** in the amount of $3250, half the quoted price, was paid on October 15, 2022, and deposited on October 17, 2022. At the request of the installer, 50% deposit was written in the memo line. This 50% deposit included an additional cost for including a continuous piece of copper tubing instead of piecing it together.The original price for the installation of the new heat pump was $6,000. The continuous piece of tubing increased it to $6500, which was agreed upon by the homeowner.Check **** in the amount of $3600 was final payment, but it included the full charge for the tubing that had already been partially included in Check ****.Phone conversations with Forsythes Heating and Air Conditioning made to ************ on November 1, 2022, November 14, 2022, and December 12, 2022, determined that this was indeed the case and that the overpayment would be refunded. Specifically, he was going to tell the CPA to take care of it. A phone call to the number on the BBB account went to someone who said he would have to talk to someone else about it.A discussion that occurred in the first phone call included using the overpayment toward preventative maintenance in spring 2024. I said that we would prefer to wait until then to pay for preventative maintenance.As of today, July 21, 2023, the overpayment of $350 has still not been refunded.$3250 50% payment $6850 total paid +3600 charged at installation - 6500  quoted price $6850 total paid $ 350 overpayment We would like the $350 overpayment to be refunded. We really do need the money at this time.Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. I attempted to accomplish this via the PA Attorney General's Office, which said that ********** would not respond to their inquiries.
