    Purchased 13 windows installed in July. Discovered the 2 bedroom windows werent locking. Contacted them immediately and they sent someone who couldnt figure out the problem. It is now October 15th and they still havent come up with a solution. I live alone so it has been very upsetting to me that someone could come in through the window at any moment.

    To Whom It May Concern,
    This issue was addressed immediately and communicated to the customer that it was a manufacturer's issue and not an installation issue. We contacted the manufacturer right away to schedule for them to come out and take a look at the issue. We kept in contact with the customer in regards to updates and scheduling. The issue has been resolved (by the manufacturer as promised). This case was unfortunate to be opened from the beginning since we kept up communication and resolved the matter like we said we would. We appreciate the BBB attention on this case. Thank you.

    We had work completed and I explained and showed pictures and videos to **** Rosenello that when they had to tear away some of our roof to fit the screen door they pitched it on an angle and when it rains water goes under the siding and its going to destroy the wood on our home under the siding. On June 23, 2023 he stated in a text someone would be out the following week. Never heard back from him. Texted him again today and no response
