    This is not the same business.  We do not have any employees by the name of ***** nor *****, nor have we ever.  We are not called Infinity Accounting ****  We have never served any clients in the ********, ** area, as we are located in another part of the state.

    I am filing a formal complaint against Infinity Accounting USA regarding the mishandling of my 2024 tax filing, which led to over $22,000 in unexpected tax debt and significant late penalties. This issue stems directly from misleading and incorrect information provided by their staff, despite my having paid approximately $900 for professional tax *********** April 2024, I worked with ***** ***** and ***** ******** of Infinity Accounting *** to file my taxes.During a call facilitated by *****, she assisted me in navigating the *** website. At that time, she stated, What payment? They will pay you $100, which led me to believe no action was needed.Based on her explicit guidanceand confirmation from JasonI did not set up an IRS payment plan or submit payment.Only recently (June 2025), I received IRS letters indicating I owed over $22,000, plus substantial late penalties and interest.When I raised the issue, ***** denied responsibility and insisted that I should have known to pay, despite the fact that I was following their instructions.He has since refused to reimburse the penalties or refund the $900 I paid for what I believe was a negligent and damaging service.I am requesting:A full refund of the $900 I paid for their services.Reimbursement of all late fees and penalties incurred as a direct result of their misguidance.Infinity Accounting USAs actions have caused financial and emotional distress, and their refusal to accept accountability demonstrates poor professional conduct. This complaint is intended to seek resolution and to warn others of similar risks.
