    I began speaking with ***** ******** (salesman) and then *** ****** (Director) at DFY Vending in July 2024 about buying a vending machine. They claimed it would generate $4,000$6,000 monthly profit, had a former ********* placement expert on their team, promised installation within 2.5 months, and offered all-inclusive service.We signed the contract, and I paid $53,000 in full in early August 2024 for two machines. They've done no bookkeeping for me, and other services have been only partially fulfilled.The first machine, promised by mid-October, was installed in mid-November and has been making only $400$500 monthly, with $250 in rent. I've been asking for a relocation for two months, but they either ignore me or say no new mall placement is available. Now theyre suggesting indefinite storage, which is unacceptable. I told *** from the beginning, the last thing I want is a vending machine in my living room, and he assured me, that will not happenwell take care of you.Ive requested a meeting with *** since January, but he refuses. They assigned a customer service **** ******, who lacks authority to resolve anything.The second machine is six months late with no delivery date in sight. April 2025 marks the second month *** paid lease for a machine I dont even have.For three months, Ive been asking them to either fulfill their promises or refund me. Ive lost time, money, and peace of mind. They just keep sending ****** with more excuses.I used my life savings for this. They knew I urgently needed income to support my family. That money would have earned me at least $6,000 in interest sitting in the bank. Im losing sleep over this.

    Even though the lease was negotiated by *** once SV signed the lease, it became a legally binding contract between SV and the Shopping Mall;
    SV would have handled the cancellation with the shopping mall directly as the moment the contract was signed for privacy reasons the shopping mall will no longer discuss the lease with as;
    SV was aware the lease had been cancelled knowing full well that his machine was in transit to the shopping mall;
    We only became aware of the cancellation when we tried to deliver SVs machine.
    We have fulfilled every aspect of a contract with SV including setting up his website, LLC, Branding, freight and attempted delivery
    We have subsequently incurred thousands of dollars in penalties and storage costs by the delivery company due to SVs failure to advise us that he cancelled the lease with the shopping mall.
    Then to have him go to the BBB and misrepresent the situation when he was the cause of the situation is slanderous and we are currently discussing the situation with our attorney and depending on the outcome of the BBB review, will sue for recovery of costs and damages from SV
    In this day and age, it is too easy for some one to make bold and false accusations against another with no fear of recourse
    As you can see from our eMail to SV, we remain committed to the delivery of the machine to whatever location he requests and he cannot say he no longer wants it as we have fulfilled all our obligations under the contract force majeure event forced upon us by **.
