    I am temporarily disabled. I called requesting an electric copy of my last years tax returns. The employee, ***, was extraordinarily rude and condescending when I asked for an electronic copy of my last years tax return. I was first told he didnt have it. Then admitted he could simply download as a pdf and email it but doesnt want to. I said Id sign a waiver. He said Id have to come into sign it; so it wouldnt matter since I cannot come into the office due to my current disability. Then when I explained I could electronically sign it, claimed they didnt have a waiver. I offered to write one myself, he refused. He also numerous times claimed a bad connection, hung up on me while laughing, etc. All I want is the readily accessible, electronic copy of my 2022 taxes that they are withholding because I choose to discontinue services with them. Services I discontinued due to bigoted behavior.

    My name is ********************* EA.   I'm writing this to respond to the complaint against my business, Eline's Tax Service of *************  The person who filed the complaint was looking for a digital copy of a tax return we filed for her

    in 2023.  Our office is extremely busy during tax season which is when ********************* called.   She claims *** was rude and condescending when she asked for the electronic copy of a tax return.  The client was provided with a copy

    of the return a year earlier, but wanted him to send another copy via email.  He told her he was very busy and could not comply immediately with her request.  *** told me she became very combative and uncooperative like she was 

    having a bad day.  ********************* has been a client of my office for ten years.  I can't imagine why she would think we exhibit "bigoted behavior" toward her.  It seems she didn't notice it through the process of filing ten consecutive

    years of tax returns for her.   As far as we owing her $174.00, we filed these returns at a very reasonable price and we e-mailed her the digital copy the next day.   Good riddance!
