- Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds on work done for Floor Safety must meet all criteria: the failure must be reported within 1 day of said failure. The area must be inspected thoroughly to see if failure occurred because product did not meet standards or if customer spilled, cleaned incorrectly or damaged walk surface. If after inspection of the area it is determined to have failed by no fault of the customer, Safe Grip Floor Treatment will repair said area per contract/warranty. If not reported until after warranty has ended repair will be at cost of customer.
If floor product fails during warranty period and because of unforeseen elements the insurance company will then come in and inspect area, make determination of cost to repair and make offer to customer
