    February 14, 2024

Entered into an agreement with Millennium Construction on August 5, 2023 for a bathroom demo and renovation.

Payment was made of $18,500 on August 5, 2023 for materials and the remaining balance of $12,570.76 paid as follows: $8,000 to Millennium Construction and $4,570.76 to **** ****** personally.

Time frame for completion was 2-3 weeks. Demo began mid-August 2023. Renovation was completed mid-October 2023. **** ****** agreed the painting job was less than satisfactory and agreed we could hire our own painting contractor. He was also in agreement that various other issues were unsatisfactory and he would return when the painting was done to address those issues (which included repairing our new bath cabinet top that was damaged by his workers and make repairs to a custom cabinet).

Jack reviewed the painting estimate from **** Painting on December 5, 2023 at 4:28 p.m. for $2,200 and replied via a text "If this is what it takes to make us happy we "should move forward". At 5:43 p.m. we replied we would be moving forward and would let him know when the $2,200 was due.
Painting job for $2,200 was completed and paid for on January 31, 2024. This payment was made via a check from the *******'s checking account.

A text and voice message was sent to **** ****** on his mobile number on January 31, 2024 at 5:29 p.m. that the painting job was completed and reminded him of our previous agreement. We included our home address for him to mail the check.

As of the writing of this letter on February 14, 2024 we have not received a response from either the text or voice message nor any acknowledgment of the repair work he agreed upon as well.

We look forward to a resolution to this matter.

    To whom it may concern:

In regards to the complaint ID ********. I met with *** & ***** to go over their non satisfaction complaint after we painted the bathroom for the 2nd
time. At that time I gave them three options.

Option #1 let me do the painting myself
Option#2 I could give them a name of a painter I use on my projects
Option#3 They could hire someone they wish to fix the minimum concerns

I let them know that I would be back to finish the two pieces of cabinet once the work was completed.

***** said it would be nice if I would do the painting, but *** said he would rather use a new painter. I gave them the name of ***** the painter. ***** meet
with them and scheduled a time to six the problem, but unfortunately the day it was scheduled he has something arise and could not make it. After that *****
asked me to tell ***** to drop off the paint as they no longer wanted to use his services and they would be having another paint company do the work. They
sent me a quote from **** painting to do the minor repairs (see attached agreement). I responded in text that I saw the quote and it seemed high- but
was willing to pay $1,500. She said she would be moving forward with the work.

My estimate to do the work was $950 and i have $1475 in it for that scope of work.(see contract estimate#***) I was willing to pay $1,500 to rectify the
issue- however they have still insisted on the $2,200. I have also since received unprofessional text messages from *** that I did not respond to as I do not like to engage in issues, I like to solve problems.

    Sincerely,

    Millennium Construction
