    I purchased parts for an engine build on March 2nd 2024. The car was then rendered inoperable and unrepairable and I asked for a refund for the parts on March 28th 2024. He told me that a refund was not possible. We went back and forth until July 13th 2024 were I then went and picked up a portion of the parts. I had to wait another 2 months, due to the rest of the parts not being in, to pick up the rest and I picked them up on September 17th 2024. Both times the boxes were not opened to inspect that the right parts had arrived. In January of ******************************************************************************* buying them and discovered that I had only 1 cam gear and not the two I had paid for. I reached back out to *** and was informed that they would reach out to ***** Crower. Waited another two months till March 11th when I reached back out to see any updates on that missing part. I was told that he had received no confirmation but will reach out to ***** Crower to see (again). I reached back out again on March 31st 2025 to no answer and then again on April 11th 2025 to be told that we had this discussion already and that ***** Crower had responded, he never had confirmation that they had responded, and that I took too long to bring it to their attention. I then went to the ************ website where I found out they have a 60 day return policy with a 15% restocking fee and I reached out to one of their representatives where he told me that *** never contacted them. As a result of trying to cancel my order and be issued a refund 25 days after I payed for the order and being told that there was none, then when I went to pick up the parts my whole order was not there. I am requesting a full refund of $4,463.16. This has been over 12 months of being given a run around. Attached are the conversations about receiving the parts and paid bill for the parts.

    re open please, how is it so $4463 owed when ****** he showed messages saying he only mis placed a cam gear ??? seems hes trying to pull a fast one when ****** he picked up all is parts and he missed placed a $150 part out of the order
