      Employees are rude, they sell you the wrong merchandise, they don't even check to make sure it's the right thing then won't exchange it when they sold u the wrong thing. Store is also very dirty, but most of all the manager is rude to customers and I actually seen the Employees make faces behind some customers backs

      I have been going to this store for years and have seen a new employee every week. I just had an experience with the district manager, *****, that explains why his turnover is so high. I was sold a faulty vape and asked to exchange it for the same exact one. The cashier could not handle the situation so she called her district manager. As soon as he got on the phone he was yelling at me, he didn’t give me a chance to speak or explain anything. He said he doesn’t have time for this because his parents are coming over to his new house and he’s cooking and stressed out. He proceeded to tell me that people try this all the time for free “sh*t.” Unfortunately there is no body hire than him to report too, according to the district manager. I feel it’s necessary consumers should be aware of how management handles customer relations.
