    I ordered (early-mid June) a Navy Veteran July 4th short sleeve shirt, buttom full front in size 3x. This is my normal size. I paid $48+ includes a $5 service tip. Item arrived July 4th week, just in time. Shirt was too tight upon trying it on at home So, as per several emails back and forth, company stated I need to take 3 different measurements. Chest area, shoulders and shirt lenght. I do not understand this. They gave me no explanation why, other than I was to take the measurements and submit per email to them. I have no knowledge of how to do this. Im not tech savvy. I feel this has no barring on that I reqested a larger size (6x) which is stated per scroll down line on the ordering page. I love the shirt. Not asking for a refund ($48.32) just a bigger size. Per policy after 14 days, no changes can be made after item is received.. I feel if I go beyond the time, I'm out of the $48 I paid for a non fit shirt. A simple exchange, no cost changes despite larger size, would resolve this.     This customer complained that the shirt they received was not fit. We asked them to meausure the shirt and send us a picture showing the shirt measure but they couldn't provide and insisted on refunds. How can we refund them without any proof proving that we sent them the wrong size? When we have the customer's cooperation, we will support them in this case.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I'm not asking for a refund. Just a bigger size that I suggested (6x). The size ordered was correct and they sent me the size I ordered (3x). In my situation, measuring the shirt doesn't justified my request. I'm having a hard time doing as they ask. I have no paper tape. I do not know how to send picture via email to them. I'm not tech savvy and no one to assist me. Again, they sent me what I ask in the correct size I ordered. I just need a bigger size cause their sizes must run smaller. I take a 3x shirt. They fit fine from local stores and other online businesses. If not then a full refund is requested with no further fees applied except the $35 the actual shirt price.

    On January ******* I place a order for a military hat from ProudUSVeterans online for $38.89, this was for hat, rank and branch plus tax and shipping. They stated they had a fire, so it would be late in completing the order, I sai ok, still nothing on shipping it out, Then February 22 2025 they said they ship it. I for to *********** and now you can' get anythingm now it a malious site. So I called and left a message today, I wanted my hat or the refund. No call back, I also sent an email or ** tried to send it ,not sure if it got through. I did find where it shipped frm *****, I was surprised atr that, I thought it was an **************** in ********* PA.. I only want my refund on my Ctrdit card for this. Thank you for your help, if you can help. ****** ******

    Order date 1-9-2025 Notified of address issue 1-27-2025 Provided delivery physical address 1-27-2025 to shipper (not the vendor)Advised vendor of issue Vendor said it is a shipper problem and asked for an additional $20 for delivery "Hi *******,We are so sorry but this problem is not our fault, please know .     I purchased a personlized watch fort my Marine. My watch is supposed to have been delivered to me no later than February 7, 2025. I emailed them twice to check on the status of my order. They responded that they make everything to order. Now the watch is due to me by Friday the 7th of February and today is Monday the 3rd. I received an email from them that they had a fire happen to there machines and my order will be delayed, but with no eta. This is unexpected. This is a gift that I need before Monday.
