    June 3,2021 Carl Bales Exc. **** # ************ ********, ** Asphalt paving of driveway area of 230 square yards paid $5275.00 paid in full by check 6/8/21. (we have a 1 year warranty) My husband *** came home from work that night and noticed a big blemished spot to the right side of the driveway around the curve part of the driveway and asphalt looked very course and grainy appearance, I sent photos to the crew chef within days and *************************** came out to look at the spot and said next Spring when you have it sealed it will blend in you won't notice it . My husband wasn't satisfied with this answer and called the office before the year end 12/2021 and told the office assistant to have the owner **** Bales call him, he never did. The following Spring (2022) we had a man come out to seal the driveway it did not help the blemish driveway look any better. It is a very low spot of asphalt so when it rains its more noticeable. On 12/28/23 my husband took more pictures and called the owner because now there is a crack coming from that spot. Owner came out and really checked out driveway really well and also took pics on his phone. He said he would get back to my husband with a solution never heard back. 5/15/24 my husband called to talk to the owner to see if we had an answer, they had another employee call him back named ***, he came out 5/17/24 to see the problem and came up with just filling the cracks and resealing the whole driveway to hopefully make it match. My husband already knows that will not fix the driveway to look good for what was paid. Sealing the driveway should really not be done constantly. So far we are getting the run around since 6/2021. We are trying to get them to re-asphalt the whole driveway again to make it look the way it should look, they are not understanding the way we want it to be corrected.
