    On January 15th I purchased a 2012 ****** **** ** from Sam's auto. They charged it up a little bit While paperwork was being done. on my way home, the battery died. I couldn't find a charging station. I had to get a tow which cost me a $110 to a ****** dealer nearby, Who couldn't really offer me any help. So I was out till midnight trying to get Home And when I finally did I let it charge overnight when I woke up I only had 45 miles to the 100% battery charge. And I'm very upset. so I'm looking for a possible refund. A replacement of the battery. Something to compensate me for what happened to me after this purchase.

    Hello,  There will be a refund on the Sale Price of the vehicle excluding taxes and fees which go to the state and are not refundable through us and would have to contact PennDot to receive.  I will contact you via phone Monday the 31st when I return to the office.

    The issue with Sam's auto has been resolved, please take the remark off of his Better Business Bureau report
