    On june 1 2024.I had a measurment for blinds for my sky lights.I had a initial consultant stop out to measure and confirm.A second measurment was taken a week later.I said to the tech that scaffolding is required because the height is 16 feet high.Two days before install im told that **** will come out.I confirmed on** to find it was a no show because he fell off a ladder.They then sent ****** out 2 days later o ** to here him say its too dangerous and he cant do it.The company is pathetic.They didnt even have my e mail address correct the first time around.

    We are truly sorry that this customer is not happy with the service they have received and I understand how this has inconvenienced the customer. However, the customer has been refunded completely and have not been interested in allowing us to rectify the situation. Included are the 2 receipts showing the total refund that the customer received. If there is any other info that we can offer, we would be happy to do so.

    Blinds to go did no such thing to work on resolving the situation.Yes, i was refunded but due to the inability for them to do the job they use excuses.They did not call to offer a diffrent contractor to come out nor did they explain in detail why it took 3 people to come out to measure.They only excuse was we cant meet your needs.The  installer stated he didnt have a ladder to install blinds on a skylight.They had the precise measurements and photos.They are totally a incompitent company that wasted 3 weeks of my time.
