    On 3/28, Elite made it near impossible to get my vehicle out of impound after having been recovered after a theft. They wouldnt work with insurance until the pressure was put on, then magically they could release to me. They were very difficult and without my insurance hounding them, I suspect theyd of never released it.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against Elite *********************************************** regarding a transaction for their services, which remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to obtain a receipt.On Monday, November 27, 2023, I paid Elite *********************************************** $274.40 for services rendered for my stolen vehicle with VIN# *****************. Unfortunately, despite providing my email address verbally and subsequently, through calls, emails, and text messages, I have not received the essential receipt/invoice necessary to close my claim on the stolen vehicle.This communication error has persisted despite my efforts to rectify it by providing my email address ********************* multiple times to avoid miscommunications.I urgently need the receipt for this transaction to close my claim on the stolen vehicle. I need proper documentation to resolve this issue promptly.I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the receipt of this essential document from Elite *********************************************** to ******************** Your prompt intervention in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this issue.     A couple months back we hit a bad pothole and it messed up my back right tire and axel. We couldnt drive it therefore had to get a tow. We connected with my insurance USAA and they dispatched a tow for me. unbeknownst to my knowledge, there was hefty damage to the ***** RIGHT OF THE **** BODY AND TIRE from the tow truck driver. There was so much damage by them that it caused my brand new $40,000 Dodge Charger to be totaled. I am now stuck with the remaining large loan balance and a totaled car that wasnt my fault. I am set to move states next week and was relying on my car to drive me down and now have to pay out of pocket for that now. The owner of Elite Towing and Recovery is horrible and sexist and now wont return any of my calls. Because of Elite Towing, I now have a totaled car that wasnt my fault and a higher insurance premium that again wasnt my fault.
