    In 10 years I can't count the issues we've had, but this month has been the apex of terrible. Multiple sets of melted frames, lenses are wrong, orders are taking months and STILL showing up in clinic with wrong scripts, tilted scripts, missing prism or bifocals/PAL. Made better when they continuously blame my opticians (who aren't even in the same state...) and then blame groups like **** who aren't involved in the order at all.This business shows us how it's done in the worst possible ways. They sent a representative to our company on a whim after we left a 1 star review, and that guy literally did NOTHING to help. He asked what he could do, and I told him I had no idea! I didn't even ask them to show up, but he walked in to ask me what I needed him to do? Call your lab and talk to them! Ask them WHY this is happening! Don't show up with a price list and ask us if we want to switch lab providers. Time and place couldn't have been the more wrongerest if we had tried.

    Failed inspection. I needed them to go out of town. Taking so long. They should compensate this angery customer. I would of chatted but didn't want to deal with the cookie questions. So I'll complain.
