    Today, April ******* is the 3rd time I have driven a long distance to hand in a return for **** She put a note on the door saying she will open at 11 am. She did not open. There were at least 25 cars pulling up and leaving...we went to the store next to her and the woman said she seldom shows up. The *** has a drop box they can pick up pkgs at 4 pm. This is a terrible problem for our small town because we have no other place for *** pkg to send or return. I have run into this same problem several times and everyone today was upset. She also mails pkgs to ***** Why should we trust her with any of these companies. She needs to get out of the business and let someone run it that can be trusted. No one knows what time she is to open. The internet says 9 on one place, 10 on another.

    I am aware she does not show up daily to receive or mail pkgs. The woman next door told us she seldom shows up. We all spoke about this together at the woman's shop next door and can not understand how this person is permitted to run and operate a business for the public when she seldom shows up. Our small town needs a *** shop to take our returns and send things. This shop is unreliable.
