    Management for this property doesnt even know their own contract, let alone their legal rights and responsibilities. Despite the paperwork, recordings, communications, and law enforcement reports, no action has been taken to protect my sons and my home from the intentional noise harassment. I have even had to rehome my emotional support pet that I have had for over a decade due to the stress causing significant health issues. Further details: I have even offered to relocate to another unit and been lied to about availability. My next step is legal action, however admittedly after working for another *** office, I have been trying to avoid that route. This is in addition to the incomplete and ignored maintenance requests from multiple tenants, including my own window not sealing and losing heat to the cold weather without any cost reimbursement. This community housing is an absolute wreck and there is zero accountability.

    If I could leave no stars I would!!!!! Do NOT use this company!!!!!! I can't emphasize enough how bad this company is!!!!! They have been in charge of an abandoned house next door to us for 4 yrs. now and I have watched a pile of **************** almost as high as the garage decompose in the back of the house all those 4 yrs. They sent people out to blow leaves & what not a couple times the 1st ******** can say they did minimal work to say the least. After that nothing unless I called the county supervisor and complained during fire season that the tall grass was a fire hazard. But they would only weed whack enough around the house to be a fire break. The rest of the yard, which is considerable, wasn't touched. There's a branch hanging over the driveway from a storm last winter and another big one in the little courtyard here at the back of the house. The pile of garbage is still there. It's just wasted away to a smaller pile. The couches that somebody dumped along the fence the first year were finally removed last year. Or so I thought. Turns out they had one of their people come and put them in the garage. The list goes on. They don't answer their phones. I find it disgusting that a company GETS PAID to do a job and so blatantly does NOT do that job!

    I have never been treated so badly they have harassed and threatened and tormented me they will never return a call never fix a plugged sink or get a plumber to fix hot water fuse box 3weeks without hot is a crime so is helping themselves to your mailbox taking your mail and locking it in the office that they only come to once a week
