    I would have put 0 stars. This is THE WORST business (if you can call it that) that I have ever dealt with. It's not BBB Accredited which is absolutely no surprise. This process was through my home warranty company which is a whole other bad review. Out of 7 appointments, FTM Construction showed up for 3. The other 4, I waited for their 5 hour window without anyone showing up and no communication that they wouldn't be here or why. When they did show up, I never got any paperwork so who knows what they really did. Every time I would call my home warranty company, they would try to contact FTM by phone, but nobody ever answered and FTM never responded to their voice mail messages. Then every time they would send FTM an email message telling them what they needed. FTM either didn't respond or replied with a one or two sentence reply that contained no information that was needed. OH, and what a joy it was when the guy that did show up wanted to use my bathroom every time and he never closed the bathroom door. I am an elderly woman so that was disgusting. After 2 1/2 months of sitting in ***** degree heat in my house because my AC/heat pump still wasn't working, I put an end to it even though I had tried several times to do that before with my home warranty company.
