    Our clients hired Climate Kings to come onsite to the property and conduct repairs for the **** System. We received an estimate from Climate Kings for a total of $1,014.50. Our Client accepted this estimate and informed Climate Kings to proceed with the repairs. Climate Kings returned and said they required a 60% down payment for a total of $608.70. Once repairs were completed received another invoice requesting the final payment. However, Climate Kings for some reason added another $200 to the final invoice and I have been trying to get in contact with Climate Kings for over 2 weeks via email and phone call, leaving multiple messages and getting no response. We request Climate Kings to return our communiqus so we may get this resolved on our Clients behalf. Thank you!

    In Oct 2022 we purchased a brand new furnace from Climate Kings in ***********. The furnace has not worked intermittently since it was installed. On the coldest days (less than 30 degs F) the furnace will not turn on and our house gets into the low 60's. We have called Climate Kings on at least 3 occasions about this issue. They either do not call us back at all or, if they answer the phone, will say they will be in later that day or will call us back in an hour or two, but they never come over and do not call us back. We want this issue resolved immediately. We are at risk of having frozen pipes or more serious damage to our house because of this which, of course, will lead to legal action against Climate Kings. Other consumers need to be warned about this business, that they are not reliable nor honest with their clients. They should also have any BBB rating they have downgraded to an F.

    I have since at no charge to this client taken care of this matter to completetion and the system is working properly. The issue was being caused due to prior wiring at the outdoor unit that was not installed by Climate Kings and needed to be correctly wired.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    We are not going to know if the issue is indeed resolved until the outside temperature drops below 35 degrees because this is when the furnace would malfunction.  Because of the number of lies this person told us in the past, I don't believe he is telling the truth that it's fixed until I see it myself.  Also, his response makes it sound like he gave us a free service.  We paid FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS for the furnace in October and then it wasn't working properly so, yeah, he should've come in and serviced it to make it right, at no charge!  And also, when he installed the furnace, HE rewired our Nest thermostat and HE wired it incorrectly, NOT US!!  He admitted this to me at his last service call.  Again, nothing but lies.  He lied to us multiple times saying he was coming over "within an hour" to fix this problem and then never showed up nor called us.  This went on for FIVE MONTHS until we complained to BBB and THEN he calls us.  He lives maybe a mile or two from us and he could have, at any time in the last FIVE MONTHS, dropped over to do this 10 min fix and all would have been well and he would have had a customer for life.
