      Lack of communication and lack of Professionlism Review: Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior Beware of Who You Hire!We initially had a positive experience with Liberty ************ about four to five months ago when a tree fell through our fence. They responded quickly, removed the tree and debris, and were very accommodating. Based on that, we chose to reach out again when we noticed another tree leaning and wanted to be proactive before it caused more damage.Unfortunately, this second experience has been extremely disappointing.After reaching out nearly a month ago, its been nothing but excuses and delays. I first contacted ***** by phone and later followed up with a text on June 30th, which he read. I reached out again before the 4th of July, and he sent me an invoice and promised to come by Monday or Tuesday after work. When I called for an update, he claimed he actually said Tuesday or Wednesday. This back-and-forth has now dragged to the point of now it being contentious.When I called again to get a straight answer, instead of taking accountability or offering a clear timeline, ***** berated me on the phone. I even received two unprofessional and rude text messages from himthe owner of the companyafter he had already failed to show up multiple times without notice.I understand delays can happen, but communication is criticalespecially when safety and property damage are involved. At this point, Im trying to prevent having to replace another section of my fence, and the lack of responsiveness has been unacceptable.Unfortunately, based on this recent experience, I can no longer recommend Liberty ************. Communication and follow-through are non-negotiable in any service-based business, and both were clearly lacking here.

      Im sorry to hear that youre unhappy with our services. That said, I want to remind you that weve helped you multiple times with your tree workoften prioritizing your jobs over others to meet your deadlines.


      On the most recent job, we completed the work as agreed, but then had to follow up for over a month to receive payment. Despite that, I continued offering advice and support. When I was on site, I recommended removing the dead trees sooner rather than later, but you chose to delay and leave it to the next homeowner. I also made it clear I was on a three-day project and would get to you when I could.


      I always aim to provide quality service and meet customer needs, but I also expect mutual respect. I wont tolerate being disrespected after doing my best to help.


      I wish you the best with your future tree care needs, and hope you find someone who aligns better with your expectations.

      Hi [Name],I understand your response, but I have to be honestthats not an accurate account of what ************ completed one job for us, and I can refer back to the text messages that document our communication regarding payment. You mentioned coming out to collect the check, and I suggested meeting somewhere, but we were never able to coordinate. Ultimately, your wife came out a month later to pick it up. So, to be clear, the delay in payment wasnt entirely on me. I can provide those messages if ********* is true that when you came out to take care of the fallen tree, you noted that the others needed to come down. However, at that time, $1,500 was not in our budget. Money doesnt grow on treesno pun intended. As it turns out, weve since found another company who is cutting all six trees for that same amount.Lastly, if were going to talk about professionalism, I can also share some of your prior text responses, which included some very unprofessional and inappropriate remarks directed at me.
