      Lithia changed out a fuel pump for me that was under a factory recall and I believe its a faulty pump, but they wont make another appointment to look at it. They have stated they are not going to work on it and we need to go somewhere else, but they were the one that put the pump in. Its only been a little over a week. The truck is currently broken again its not getting any fuel To the truck after the pump.

      I bought a used car that had the check engine light on. I was promised the issue would be repaired but the car would have to be sent out to a 3rd party mechanic. I was instructed to wait for a car from the mechanic department about when they would tow it to the 3rd party shop. They never contacted me or returned my calls. Less than 1 month later the car wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do. I had the car towed to a mechanic that confirmed the timing chain had snapped after I had been told by the salesman that the timing chain had been previously serviced.

      This place advertises cars for a cheap price on their web site and when you get there, they tell you those cannot be sold and it is the internets fault. They had 4 different trucks listed at really good prices and claimed that all four could not be sold. This is a blatant deception to lure customers in and refuses to sell them. When I said they were listed today on their website they said they knew and were not taking them down. They said they did not care that it was listed since it brought customers in. This practice is very deceptive and misleading, and is an intentionally deceptive practice and false advertising.
