      After experiencing a kitchen leak and subsequent mold, we called ServiceMaster in Grants Pass to help us repair the damage and filed a claim with our home insurance. The Lead Technician, ****** ******, was wonderful! However, the 2 men who followed him were not. ***** ******** seemed to know what he was doing, but after they left, we had no idea what they had done with either the contents of one of the kitchen cabinets or the cabinet itself! The contents we discovered behind another cabinet, and finally found the cabinet itself in the detached garage - it would have been logical that they would have informed the homeowner?Also, there were dirty footprints all over the kitchen counter, right in front of our expensive Cutco butcher block knives and next to the stove where we do much of our food preparation. Why not use a protective counter covering or booties?In addition, in less than 2 hours after they left, the approximately 20-foot long plastic sheeting disengaged itself from the walls and dropped to the floor. We had had no contact with it.We contacted ****** ****** about the above problems yesterday, and he said he would talk with them both right away to suggest how to fix the issues. The two men returned today, picked up their equipment and made no apologies for all the problems, although we had numerous times of contact with ******* a result of all this, we have hired ServiceMaster of ******* to finish the project, and so far they are doing an excellent job. Never would we recommend those two workmen from the Grants Pass ServiceMaster.

      After massive tree hit garage, this company took my items to storage. They advertise they tag and inventory, then clean and store. Well, they do Not inventory, so filing your claim with insurance is a nightmare, which will take 'forever' to finalize. I now have two hundred boxes with No idea what is in them. Tools are "missing" and they claim they never saw them.( I have a photo of one while they were emptying the garage!) Then to try and cover up for not inventorying items, they gave me 220 pages of photos(8 pr page), many repeats, many taken later in their warehouse. Many of the photos are also of the roughly 25 boxes that were not damaged by the tree or water that they were repeatedly told not to open! This week was scheduled to return my belongings to my property (I had to rent Pods). They did not. They are refusing to bring my belongings back with out prepayment (which I am told is illegal BTW) Please note: there is another Service Master franchise in town...just don't use This one. I wouldn't wish this disaster on anyone!
