      Stay away from this business, charged a 72 year old Sr. ******* with kind talk and a simple toilet tower replacement to stop running water > Over $370. Charge not broken down by cost of parts/labor.

It's important to note that our prices are always provided upfront before any work is done, as this allows our customers to make an informed decision on recommended repairs. All of our projects are bid by the job, not the hour, to maintain consistency with all customers on pricing. We recommend having all parties involved and on-site when it is time to approve any work to prevent confusion or frustration.
