    In February of 2023 we went to **** business to file for taxes. She was severely backed up due to other clients appointments , and asked us if they can work on our paperwork alone and call us in later to sign the paperwork. We said yes and informed her I had other documents she said thats fine just email them to me, and scheduled us for another appointment. The day of our appointment we went in and I took a w2, I received in the mail which I wasnt aware of. She got upset and said I needed to let her know ahead of time , which was strange because I just received it in the mail. However, my daughters ****EZ were done and we paid in advance 140 dollars and made an appt to return for my **** and to return signed papers from my daughters ****.They ended up cancelling the appt because of a family emergency. I emailed the document I found which she told me to do and then she got mad and told me she was not going to file my taxes to go somewhere else and pick up my originals. (Emails attached)I talked to her husband and he said let me talk to her because I told him what about the returns I paid for already and our new appointment. So when its time for our new appt which was February 24 at 9:30 they were ignoring our calls we finally got ahold of him and he went to the office at almost 10:30am and started blaming us for missing appointments which is untrue then said you can get a refund and go somewhere else. We decided to just go forward since we paid already and he took the signed documents . It is now March 10 our daughters **** have not been filed they ignore our calls ,hang up on our face, and **** is refusing to refund our money. I also had to go through another tax preparer for myself and my daughters.
