    We hired Owens Pools and Spa to install an in ground pool in our backyard. The permits were all approved at the beginning of August and the pool should have been ordered as soon as they received their $54,000 check for the deposit of the pool. We waited, constantly checking in with the company and they later told us that they were in the process of selling the company and that all assets would be frozen and they couldn't order the pool until the sale was finalized. They have withheld our money and we currently have a giant hole in the ground awaiting a pool. No one will call us back and we found out that our contractor was fired this morning. I tried to go to their physical address, and cannot find it. We aren't really sure what next steps to take because no one is calling us bac.
