I got two sets of hearing aids from the *********** and needed ear molds to help hear better with them. I went to ******* and was quoted a price of $75 per ear mold set. My health insurance, Trillium, paid for one set and I had to pay for the other set. ******* overcharged me and ****** said I would be getting a refund of $68 when I came in to get my ear molds. I did not receive a refund and had to get assistance from a case manager (********) with Trillium. ******** spoke with ******* Hearing manager *******, and he said I would be getting a refund of $68. That was on 11/3/22. I still have not gotten a refund. My sister paid the cost with her credit card and they were supposed to credit the money back, but there has not been a refund.
