    May 10, 2023 They want $17890 but the job was not completed and incorrect hvac systems so nothing has been paid.We are elderly, 68 years old. We had a HVAC guy come and be aggressive and verbally abusive towards my husband and I. Mostly me. He was only supposed to clean the air conditioner and furnace. When he started cleaning the air conditioner, he said it was dead and the same thing about our furnace. They were working prior to his visit. We sat down and discussed the type of furnace and air conditioner. He also is over charging us for a furnace and air conditioner. We talked to him about a 95 to 98% efficient furnace and a 17 CC air conditioner and that is not what he installed and has not finished installing. Both hvac systems are improperly installed by Right Now Home service's employee, *************************. I am reaching out hoping to have another HVAC company come and remove the wrong equipment that he improperly installed. ******* did not get a permit to install anything in our home. He also took our Nest thermostat and told us we didn't need it. He also would not let us talk to him in person or on the phone. ******* is still sending emails messages for payment. Please we need your help.
