    I have been trying to cancel for years and jumping through hoops. I finally made sure that I had someone confirm my cancellation in Feb of 2023, as of June 2024 I was still being charged. I have email corresponding where they were mortified that it had happened. Yet in August I was charged again. Now in October they replied and said changes in their management and they will make it right. I haven't heard back AGAIN. How is this ethical or legal?
