  My fiance had used Total Protection Connection in the past to install a Ring Doorbell security system. ****** ********** was the installation technician and evidently the owner of the company. He did great work. Unfortunately, when he returned to install two outdoor security cameras on July 15th, 2025. He approached my fiance while she was cooking in the kitchen and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. He told her that she looked "so nice" and asked her if she wanted to accompany him back to his office. His behavior made her feel extremely uncomfortable. He stood very close behind her almost to the point of actually touching her. She said his presence was predatory. Since he is a security camera technician, we are going to have her entire apartment scanned for hidden cameras and/or listening devices. We are extremely dissatisfied with Total Protection Connection. We feel our trust has been violated. The entire reason we hired the ****** ********** was to install a security system. Now we are having to go back and reassess everything...from the bathroom to the bedroom. We are hiring another security company to scan the entire apartment. Buyer beware when hiring this company and its owner, ****** **********. If we find any hidden devices, we will be contacting the local police department. It is a shame that we are worried about such matters. I would NOT recommend this company or its owner for any security work.

Per the Ring accounts settings, **only the homeowner has access to this footage**; neither Total Protection Connection nor any third party can view or download it without her explicit permission. If misconduct had occurred, it would be captured on that recording.---### 3. Site conditions documented in real time Our body-cam notes and the indoor-camera audio confirm the following environmental details, which existed before my arrival and continued for most of the visit:* Low-light mood bulbs had replaced the standard white kitchen bulbs.* Candles were lit, and the blinds were drawn at the customers request so she could see what the vibe felt like with the cameras night-vision.* Music with a ******-****-style R/&B playlist was already playing over a smart speaker and remained on throughout the majority of the 45-minute appointment.When the homeowner asked me to stand in the dimmed kitchen to demonstrate field of view, I complied briefly, then moved back outside to finalize exterior mounting because I felt the situation was becoming uncomfortable for **me**.---### 4. No hidden devices invitation to verify The signed work order (** *********) shows we installed **only two exterior cameras**. We neither sell nor install covert devices. You are welcome to engage a third-party sweep; we will provide serial numbers and network logs so they can match every device on-site.---### 5. Clarifying intent to involve law-enforcement You state you may contact police if hidden devices are found. We strongly support that step if any unlawful activity is discovered.
