Oct 23 I paid $135 for a 30min 3d/4d ultrasound that consists of my whole session be on video and i had pictures of my baby printed and emailed to me along with a recording of my baby's heartbeat placed in a stuffed animal.. They printed 1 picture & emailed pics that weren't my session and about 5 copies of the same pic plus a couple of other that I couldn't tell what they we're of. My session last about 15min and the tech informed me we're not going to be able to get any pictures of my baby that day and advised me to set up a 2nd appointment to try again within my 34th week of pregnancy. I went to schedule my appointment but they couldn't get me in until I was 35weeks pregnant. I arrive for my appointment and the tech scanned maybe 15min and said she wouldn't be able to get pictures of my baby either. I asked for a refund due to me traveling from an hour out of town for each appointment and they weren't able to give me any pictures of my baby. She agreed to pass my information along to the owner and ask her to refund my fees back to me since they weren't able to provide me with the services I had originally paid for. The owner never called me the following week I spoke to her employees and they said they would have her call me immediately and about a week later she called and said she won't be giving me a refund because they don't do refunds and they gave me a free session (my 2nd session) and she would be willing to offer a 3rd session but since I'm already 36weeks it will be the same as the other sessions since the baby has no room.
