      This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Steve, Carrie, and Destiny should not be working with the public in any capacity. My car has been on the road for over 19 hours. Every time I call, they give me an attitude about when it will be here and tell me it will be another hour. After 19 hours and towing my car to the WRONG address- he tells me that I am welcome to call someone else. The ability to communicate accurate pickup times is not a focus of this company in any capacity. At this point, I still do not have my vehicle. Worst towing company ever....

      Called farmers insurance for road side service. Speedys was assigned. ETA 844 AM. 40 MIN. After 844. I receive a call from framers and tell the they have not arrived. I am told they will be there in 30 minutes. A drop-off up the street. Around 1144i speak to farmers they give a number to I think is the driver. He says 30 more minutes. No-one. I call again he says 30 more min. I ask what after then . He said I don't know call back again. Finally at 1230 a truck arrives. The driver says I don't know I just go where they tell.me I call an speak to the same guy who ask what the problem is the driver is there. There is 20 something drivers out there your not the only one. Why didn't you just tell me the trouble. He remained very flippant and asked if that was all and hung up.
