    I hired them when I got my car stuck in mud in my front yard. Guy showed up and before he started I did notice he took pics all around my car of my car. It was dark and when he was done I went inside then when I went to leave I noticed the corner of front of my car was scratched up and bumper thing was barely hanging on. So I immediately took pictures and called them. The guy answered and said manager wasn't there yet and I asked if I shouldn't move my car yet and he said it was but I knew if I did they would say I did it. I did leave my number and the manager called later. Her name is **** and before I said anything the woman already sounded mad and aggravated and like she already assumed I was going to be difficult. I proceeded to tell her what had happened. She asked if I was off road and I saud if you consider the front yard off road then yes. So she said how did you want the driver to pull your car out. I said I wouldn't know since im not a professional in that industry and that is what I paid them for. She just kept saying that. Finally she said she would talk to the driver and get back with and told me to send her the pictures I had. So I did and from then she would only communicate by email. She responded to my pictures saying her driver took pictures and that my entire car looked that way. I said not correct and asked to see her drivers pictures. She never responded and didn't respond after a few emails either. Eventually I called the office again and the guy was very rude when I said what I wanted to speak to her for. Then said I had to email her. So once I did and she did respond this time saying she thought we were done which you'll see in my proof she's obviously had no reason to think that. And still no more communication from her. At this point the lack of customer service and respect along with the deliberate lack of communication on her side I am asking for a complete refund, and apology and my car repaired.

    We were hired at 3am to recover a drunk driver from a ditch. She sobered up and realized she damaged her car trying to get home. We are not to blame for her illegal behavior.

    I am rejecting this response because:  i was not drunk. I hadn't even left my house which means if I was it wasn't illegal. And she didn't accuse she said it like it was fact. I was not in a ditch which is reflected in the pictures. She refused to show the pictures they have that she says clearly shows my car is damaged all over. I will be calling a lawyer for them making false statements about me. I will attach more pictures just in case the ones that showed my location weren't attached before. This lady has some nerve. You know I also can get something from my doctor that actually I can not drink alcohol period. Whether im home or alone or whatever for health reasons im not allowed to consume alcohol. She's about to turn this into an all out fight and I won't be the one paying lawyer fees when its all saix and done

    This business continues to take advantage of there supposed authority. My vehicle was impounded. The truck was running so, obviously the keys where in the car. I went to retrieve i.e. ,paid there obscene fee. They have lost my keys and now have my vehicle and tell me it's my issue to find the keys.

    This man has been told multiple times that he needs to contact the Tulsa ***************** on this matter. They took his vehicle as evidence along with the keys. We only moved and stored the vehicle for the police while they were investigating. We were not provided any keys by the police.

    My car was towed on 09/12/2022 I'm trying to retrieve my car I have showed proof of insurance & a drivers license these are emails of the manager saying she'll
    Hold on to the vehicle for me to get it Registered then she said she sent off my paperwork & I asked for documentation & still haven't received it

    The Tulsa Police Department has a hold for taxes due to state/ current registration. This customer has produced three forged documents. The police refuse to release the hold until the registration is current. We have requested vehicle registration from the last place the car was registered, as required by law after impounding a vehicle.
