I cannot get anybody to respond to my emails, and trying to call doesn't get you anywhere but a voicemail asking for a message to be left. My GAP/Extended Warranty were cancelled via an email I received on 1/20, and I am awaiting them to send a check to the dealership for a check to be issued to me. I have tried reaching out several times to figure out the status of this check getting sent and nobody will respond. Why is it so hard to get an answer, and why does it take so long to issue a check for an account that was closed almost 3 weeks ago?

The warranty company was contacted by the **** dealership the week of August 23. It took them 4 to 5 days to get an adjuster from the warranty company to come out and look at the truck. After it was decided that the transmission was covered under warranty. The company was supposed to send a transmission to the dealership. The transmission arrived on September 26. I was informed yesterday that while they will cover the transmission I have to pay for the transmission fluid and filter that has to be put into a new transmission. This is at a cost of $150. I have attempted to call the warranty company and have gotten a hold of no one and have not been able to get them to call me back. I think it is completely ridiculous to cover the transmission, yet not cover the fluid that has to be put into a new transmission. This is one of many items that they have said is not covered under warranty. Including a loose bolt inside the steering wheel, a heating element in a seat that quit working, and a solenoid that quit working. Their customer service has been terrible. I have struggled to get a hold of anyone at the warranty company and the dealership has as well. This replacement took over a month. I would like them to cover the cost of the filter and fluid for the transmission that the warranty covered. I will have a receipt from the dealership later today that I can upload. The cost of my warranty was $2895. The cost of the filter and fluid was $148.

I did finally get ahold of them and they covered the oil for the transmission, but refused to cover the filter that the new transmission had to have.  I am also unhappy about the amount of time they took to take care of the issue. I was without a car for a long time.

The company responded to me a long time ago, immediately after the complaint. I could not figure out through bbb how to respond to the complaint. They 100% resolved the issues!!! Wonderful company!
