      First try at buying tires the sold me the wrong size tires. I had to come back the next day to get them to give me the right size tires that I had paid for. On 2/26/25 gave a payment of $150 where they took ***** towards the tires (which is not reflected on the account) and ***** in fees and taxes, which also doesnt reflect on the account. On 3/29/25 a payment of 153 was taken (I only authorized 150 to be taken) the took ***** towards the tires and took ***** towards fees for a total of ******. On 5/1/25 they took 150 payment, ****** was put towards the tires and ***** was put towards fees for a total of ******. As of 5/29/25 pay off amount they show is ****** which reflects the first payment not being put onto the account. I have asked in person for multiple print outs of the account and have been given different printouts and two different hand written notes trying to explain away the situation by the accounts manager. The notes state that I actually only owe ****** to pay off the tires. I keep asking what is the amount I need to pay to pay off the tires and he will tell me a number and then end it with but that doesnt include taxes and fees which to me doesnt make sense as I am asking for a payoff amount for a 5 month same as cash deal that was agreed to by all involved. There seems to be a lot of, as the accounts manager put it, human error when it comes to my account and possibly others.
