Please consider the ethical practices of this business as it continues to not work with neighbors to help coexist. Since this flight school made a home at the local airport they have dismantled the peace of both nearby home developments and towns, but also thousands of citizens on the Colorado front range. They promise opportunity straight into careers as a pilot with little to success rate. Both students are scammed while neighbors are out through torturous noise (all day and all night).

Dear ********************,I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns about the impact of a flight school on the local community. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disturbance you may be experiencing. However, it seems there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the recipient of your complaint. It appears that you intended to address your concerns to McAir Aviation in **********. Our institution in *****, ******** (which owns the aircraft), is a separate entity from the flight school you mentioned. We encourage you to redirect your complaint to the appropriate institution, McAir Aviation in ********** or the *********************************** (RMMA), so either entity can address your concerns directly if they are in violation of the minimum FAA standards. They will be better equipped to handle the issues you've raised about noise disturbances and community relations. Please know that we take matters of community impact seriously and strive to ensure our operations are conducted in a responsible and ethical manner. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If there's anything further we can assist you with or if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.Sincerely,*******************, Campus President

We live near their school in **********, **. We have tried many times to work with Spartan College about limiting their flights during predetermined quiet times. However, of all the schools, Spartan refuses to listen to the community about its flight schools. We have many reports of them conducting touch-and-go flights at 1 AM and later. For those who are unfamiliar with this type of flying, students repetitively fly at low elevations in circles over our neighborhoods in tight circles, landing and taking off for hours on end (usually 15 to 50 landings per plane). We have asked them to limit this activity to normal working hours, and they have retaliated by increasing the flights at night. We all knew that the airport was here when we moved here, but the normal flight takes off and goes during normal working hours, except for flight schools like Spartan. This is an organization that is not interested in its communities; it is only interested in profits.

Thoughtless flight policies that prioritize business expansion and profit over safety and concern for the well being of neighborhoods and schools. Non-stop touch and goes fly low over homes and schools that have been in the vicinity for over 25 years.
