This account has been validated 01/11/2021 ******* ****3/23 BBB COMPLAINT, 06/24/24 RECD A LETTER FROM DEBTOR,
another dispute letter sent to us 07/01/24,07/15/24, 07/23/24. 08/29/24 she called the office claiming we never validated
Signed lease, ID and itemized of charges were sent. 02/10/25 We recd a dispute from the CFPB we know she rec'd the documents because
she attached them with the **** complaint.
Another ****** *alidation rec'd 02/26/25 did not validate again she already has all the papers.
During all of the disputes she setup $50.00 a month payments. She made 1 $50.00 payment with a credit card.

The documents sent to me was invalid and was incomplete there was missing signatures and my signature was copied they sent fake documents. I still have not received proof that I owe or validation as requested. If this information can not be sent delete accounts from credit report as requested before. I look forward to a response within the 30 day period

We have done all we can. We are a third party collectiions agency, we do not own these accounts. We would never have a contract with her.

The contract between ******* and ********************* provided by CBSA Collections is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 6801 B (3). CBSA does not have authorized access to such records. ******* did not provide clear disclosure that my information and records would be shared or sold to a 3rd party as required by 15 U.S. Code 6803. I have not entered into a contract with CBSA Collections. And again wish to have them removed from my consumer report.

******* did not provide clear disclosure that my information and records would
be shared or sold to a 3rd party as required by 15 U.S. Code 6803. Nor did they provide the appropriate disclosure or opt out agreement as required.CBSA is in danger of violating my rights and committing Aggravated Identity Theft as stated in 18 U.S.C.1028(a)(1)knowingly and without lawful authority produces an identification document, authentication feature, or a false identification document.
