    I am trying to take my pawned items out of the **** shop, I have my money to pay to take them out I have 3 items in there 1 is under my name *****************************, the other two items are under my HUSBANDS name *********************, he spoke to the manager ****** which she actually told him while trying to take them out since I have covid I cannot come in and take my 1 item out I told him to take my ID and receipt to PAY for our things to be taken out, she specifically mentioned if he liked he can "take his business somewhere else". WE HAVE PAWNED ITEMS THEY DO NOT WANT US TO TAKE OUT & UNLESS WE HAVE CASH AT THAT. I need an answer to why they are only accepting cash, and why my husband cannot take out my item I pawned (which I only got 20$ for) I have the $80-90 I owed them and they ONLY WANT CASH, it is a **** shop I have paid with d ebit card before why is it an issue now. SHE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY ITEMS, I DID ALSO ATTACHED THE 3 RECEIPTS I HAVE. SHE ALSO STATED HER JOB WAS MORE IMPORTANT BECAUSE SHE "HAD A FAMILY TO FEED" I WOULD LIKE FOR THE ***** TO REACH OUT I DO NOT NEED A MANGER IF NOT I RATHER NOT BE CONTACTED BY THIS BUSINESS. I WILL NOT BE RIPPED OFF OR TALKED TO BY A MANAGER LIKE THE WAY SHE SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND, SHE WAS KICKING HIM OUT WHILE HES TRYING TO GET OUR THINGS OUT AND PAY HER CHECK "FEED HER FAMILY". THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN WITH THESE MANAGERS THAT LOOK LIKE ("DOPE HEADS") ACTING LIKE ANY OTHER PERSON. NON-PROFESSIONAL. 5 POEPLE WENT IN TO **** ITEMS AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE COMING IN TO TAKE OUT. THIS EZ PAWN IS FULL OF RACIST WORKERS.
