    My mother passed away in July of 2023 and as of today, March 20, 2025 we have not received her stone. Phone calls to Pryse Monument have been returned with promised timelines of 3-6 weeks, but nothing has been delivered. In my most recent phone calls with Pryse, *****, hung up on me after I told her we have been waiting a very long time her response was so has everyone else,

    The monument company has resolved this situation by setting up my mother’s headstone. I don’t think this would have been done without your support. Thank you.

    My dad passed & aunt passed away & we went looking for a stone for them, we went to Pryse monument in Ponca City & found a great stone. We paid with a check for my dad & aunt. Paid in full. We were told it would be the end of may, may rolls around and no stone, so I call and ask what's going on. I'm then told it will be 2 more weeks. So wait 2 weeks the stones are still not placed. Call back & then get told again give us to the middle of July, I wait until the end of July & call back and was told there was a knee replacement surgery so I give them time to recover. I call again in the middle of September, still told give us a few more weeks. Beginning of October rolls around still no stone for my dad & aunt. So I call again I was told give me your cell number I will text you the pictures of the stones. So my number is given I wait 3 days still no pictures. So I call again & Dane tells me you should have received those pictures already. Nope did not receive them so was told that it will be 2 more weeks before the stones are finished.
