    I registred for an exam. I showed up 30 minutes before my exam as per the instructions. I ran through system diagnostics and everything was cleared. A window populates that puts you in an exam queu to which i waited (it said i was 2nd in queue), then it said you are up next. I waited in the "you are up next" queue for about 15 minutes and no proctor showed up or interacted with me. Then shortly before my exam time of 4:00PM Central, the screen changed and says "your proctor closed your exam window." I thought that had to be a mistake so i tried to log back in and the system would not allow me to.

    I was unable to reach phone support since it was a sunday, **** support offered no resolution or help with getting the exam back open.

    1. I never saw or interacted with a proctor
    2. the proctor made no attempt to speak with me via the testing platform via voice nor chat, nor did they call my phone as was indicated in the testing.
    3. I never interacted with the exam, i didn't get to see the exam, any questions, or anything related to the exam.

    **** told me they would open a case that would take 2-3 days to even be looked at. This means that I spent a Sunday afternoon having to deal with this instead of being able to take my exam. This caused significant stress, burden, and loss in time and confidence.

    The **** representative lacked any sort of empathy, urgency, or understanding of the gravity of the situation. I will now have to attempt to reschedule a test for another time, which is not always readily available. I would have liked to have taken my test the same day that it was scheduled, when clearly it was the proctor's error that caused this.

    I would like to be refunded for testing fee and my time.
