      Slum Lords! We moved into a rental home they managed while we sold our home and planned to build. Why would a builder rent homes? Because they scam the people they build them for or they don't pass inspections. The home we rented was only a couple of years old and riddled with serious safety problems. A gas leak from the water heater. Water leaks from the ***** Septic problems. Every time an issue arose, we notified the company and nothing was ever fixed. They would claim we were responsible for these major repairs which as tenants, violates Oklahoma law. The final straw came after we had mold testing done in the house due to all of my family having mold related health issues and the water damage from the **** leaks never being fixed. Guess what, high levels of mold. We informed the company and they never sent anybody to fix the problem. After over 2 weeks of living in a hotel because the residence was uninhabitable, we moved out. Now they are claiming we broke our lease and are refusing to return our deposit. We had to dispose of all of our personal belongings and have thousands of dollars in medical bills. When we call, they treat us like trash and hang up on us. Do not do business with this company and never have them build your house.

      They are liars and are horrible people. ****** owners son is a drunk and liar.
