I have placed an order on shein on June 30th and I paid $500 worth of clothes with a total total of 51 items that is suppose to be shipped through the company Speedx and my tracking number for the order is ****************** the tracking has not moved or updated since July 6 I tired numerous about 9 times of getting in contact with shein customer service and they have been no help and telling me the same thing with no solution it is so frustrating because there is no real agent I can speak to. I informed them that need my package before July 21 for an funeral and other events that I have planned and othey are only apologizing for the inconvenience and not really doing nothing to resolve the issue or to yet reach out to the carrier and try to get my order sent out i’ve been in such emotional distress and have been crying because I’m not sure if I’m being scammed or not. I tried reaching out to speed X and I haven’t gotten no answer. I tried emailing them and their email is non-existing so I am just stuck and confused. I hear a lot of bad reviews in regards to the speedx company so I am very worried and overwhelmed about this. I would just like for my package to be delivered still before July 21st and a tracking update on the system cause it’s not showing any updates what so ever.Initial Complaint

I made an order on shein on the 23rd May,2025 and my delivery date was the 2ndJune-18th June,2025.
Speedx was the carrier.

Speedx is one of the delivery companies through shein, on June 27th at 11:11 am; my package was marked as delivered by the carrier. The issue is that I received pictures of the outside the apartment complex & the package separately, I never received confirmation of where the package was placed. I’ve reached out multiple times through customer support, from around 2 pm - 7:30pm, but they have yet to contact me in order to resolve the issue. I have looked absolutely everywhere possible for the package and is nowhere to be found. I would appreciate my package being delivered or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed a Quick Ship order through Shein using SpeedX as the carrier. My order was submitted and paid on June 18, 2025, and tracking shows the package cleared customs in Los Angeles (LAX) on June 24, 2025.
Since that date, there has been no further movement or delivery update. When I contacted SpeedX, they gave me conflicting information, claiming the package hasn’t even been received—despite tracking confirming its CBP release.
I am moving by July 13, and I relied on the promised Quick Ship delivery to receive these items in time. Repeated attempts to get clear answers from SpeedX or the seller have resulted in automated replies or inaccurate information.
I am seeking either a full refund or immediate delivery of my package before my move date. This shipping delay has caused unnecessary stress and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible It said it will be here by the 18th but I was promised by the 10th it will be here next month now it's saying 3 more weeks I really need this packageInitial Complaint

Trying to get a package delivered from SHEIN who uses them as a delivery service and package isn’t delivered and I see so many reviews of the packages being stolen or not delivered and I just want my packages asap
