    Paid to have pool built in November 2022, it's *** of 2024 and no pool and no refund. Only hole in back yard. Blocked from phone calls and won't respond from Hi Plains Pool

    Our pool is less than a year old and within weeks of being filled with water we had a leak which has cause the stairs of our pool to sink and leaving a hazard getting in and out of the pool along with several holes in the bottom of the pool from the leak. The automatic cover was not installed correctly and we now do not have a cover on our pool leaving a hazard for our small children. We spent the last 10 months waiting for him to file an insurance claim for repairs and they came and looked and we were told a few weeks ago he does not have coverage for this as it was instillation error. We need this money to get these things fixed so our backyard is not a hazard to our family especially our young children.
