  Gopher Girl is very professional. In the first visit the trap caught one gopher. About a month later there were new mounds. ***** returned and set another trap. She gave me some tips on ridding the moles in my yard. I really appreciate the degree of determination. I will call them in the future should the need arise.

  We had heard so many great things about this company so naturally when we had an issue, we called them for service. They made the initial visit very quickly which was good. However, communication after that visit was terrible. We were told the service was completed and had found a trap that our puppy had pulled up. I made 2 follow up calls to ask if the front yard had gotten inspected as we asked and if there was anything we needed to do or if any follow up service was needed. We never received any response. After several weeks and not receiving the bill, I called again. And they really had no idea what had gone o and I had to go back and forth several times with the assistant over what her tech said that didn't add up to facts. I told her there was a trap still here that the dog dug up. She said she'd send someone out to get it. At which point I received a text stating that our address would not be able to be serviced again because their trap had gotten destroyed. That it had been mowed over. We did not mow our yard until after they completed their service on April 2nd we actually did not mow the yard until April 6th then I have this on my camera. When speaking with them via text message they then stated that they knew they left a trap behind but we were not informed of this there was absolutely no communication after April the 2nd when we were told that they were coming out to pull their traps. I have a call log on my phone that shows that I called them to follow up on April 3rd again on April the 8th again on April 12th and then finally on April 25th is when I reach someone about the billing issue and having not received a bill.
