My car was towed here. They held my car for 3 extra days after payment and forced me to pay those three days at $15 per day. They only accept cash. It is a very very shady business that is scamming people out of money holding their cars hostage.

    To Whom It May Concern,

We are an automotive repossession company which are hired by banks to repossess automobiles or equipment. Because we are hired by banks, we are not only regulated by federal and state banking privacy laws, but we also sign confidentiality and non-disclosure contracts that prevent us from providing any third-party information about our cases, especially to those who post the information publicly. Therefore, we cannot provide any specific case information on any of our cases to anyone without direct written approval from the banks. Each bank (AKA: lien holder) has its own complaint process, which is available to the debtor to file a complaint so the issue can be investigated by the bank to protect the debtors and remain within the privacy laws that govern all involved. Having said that, we cannot comment directly about this specific case, but what we are able to provide you is that all banks dictate allowable fees and how they can be applied for every repossession company in the United States. Banks also regularly audit these processes through their compliance system to make sure they are followed accordingly, not only to contract specification but also to state and federal laws. We strongly encourage any debtor to work the complaint process with the bank so the bank can directly address any concerns.

June 12, 2025 A tow truck from Guthrie towing and recovery services attempted to repo my car and were unsuccessful. They damaged private and personal property. The private property damage is being taken care of by the property owner and I'm seeking compensation for my personal property that was ruined but the owner named *** has not returned my calls or responded to my letters. My vintage rug from pottery barn was damaged. This rug also held sentimental value to me. It was a family members who passed and I want compensation for this rug caused by his company. He has video of the incident on his tow truck and the police were called who as well helped get my rug out from under his tow truck. The police told the driver to leave and that he couldn't take my car because he was at the point disturbing the peace. I sent photos, the police correspondence and a letter asking for him to reimburse me along with a photo of a rug the was comparable to the one I had. He has taken accountability but I have not heard from him on how he was planning on paying me.

I am rejecting this response because: And there you have it. No wonder why you are not BBB accredited. Don't worry I have contacted the 3rd party that essentially sent this company to do whatever business they were trying to conduct and they are handling it promptly. I thank the BBB for trying to help me

    Sincerely,
