    Dear BBB,I purchased medically related capsules for health related personal issues on October 8, 2022. I did not receive a response or confirmation until October 16, 2022. After placing my order, I did further research and discovered multiple complaints against the vendor. Since it's a health related order, I had to seek an alternative vendor. Therefore, I am requesting for a full refund of $36.60. Should you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.

    On October 1, 2022 I place a order from Counger.com for a GrayMac SportsXL Folding Wagon with Cargo Net. I paid $28.70 with my credit card. Order Number* *****. I haven't received anything. I call the number for Counger.com it's not a working number

    On October 12th I made a purchase for a countertop ice machine maker $27 and some change I put it on my cash app card I have the order number ***** it says that my order is still currently processing I've tried to call the number they provided on the website but it says it's not a working number I tried to email them it says there's an error and it can't send the email I either want my ice machine maker or I would like a refund of my money back on my card and I have a copy of the order tracking number that I will attach thank you

    Placed order from counger on 09/01/22 for met/rx 40 count meal replacement powder for $36.00. no e mail confirmation from counger, no delivery of product , non working point of contact

    I purchased an antenna mast for $55.80 on Sept 28th. They took my money but never sent me a tracking # or a receipt of payment. I called there hone number provided on there web site but it is disconnected. I emailed there costumer service but no reply back. They state there buisness is in Oklahoma but there phone number is a Massachusetts number that's disconnected. As of this date I have not heard from or received my item. Frank m.
