    I received a letter by *** *** ****** stating if i would be interested in selling my late uncle's property and he would pay the back tax. I never received the money from the time we spoke to this time. When I try to get through to him I never do but one time I did and he explained they're looking for a buyer. I never was told they needed someone to sign off on this transaction before execution the transaction for me to receive my check of $2,700

    Dear *** ********,

    I am writing in response to the notice that was emailed to
    us regarding the complaint referenced above. Please find attached a copy of the
    ratified agreement dated 4/23/24 that allows us to settle on or before 10/7/24.
    Currently, we have not yet been able to secure an investor to fund this
    transaction. Considering the customer’s apparent dissatisfaction with our
    efforts, we will terminate the agreement effective immediately.
    Since we were not previously aware, thank you for bringing
    this matter to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address this issue
    for our customer.
